Members of the College of Pharmacy community received awards at the Ohio Pharmacists Association Annual Conference earlier this month.

Assistant Dean of PharmD Studies and Associate Professor, David Matthews, PharmD, BCACP, receives the Miriam R. Balshone Award for Distinguished Teaching in PharmD.

Jim Fuchs, PhD, Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies, received the 2025 Graduate Faculty Mentorship Award (GFMA) from The Ohio State University Graduate School.

P3 Jill Patel was selected as a recipient of a 2025 American Society of Health System Pharmacy (ASHP) Student Leadership Award.

Julie Johnson, PharmD, delivered the G. Van Green Distinguished lecture at Mercer University College of Pharmacy, March 26. Her presentation addressed the need to advance personalized care in patients with severe mental health conditions.
