(1) Pass rates for 2022-2024 graduates reported by National Association of Boards of Pharmacy for the NAPLEX and MPJE. Results are for first-time test takers who are same-year graduates from Ohio State. Examinees who graduated before or after the reported years are not included. Examinees who tested before or after the reported years were not included. Only ACPE-accredited institutions are included in these pass rates. Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence (MPJE) exam results reflect test takers testing in the state in which their school is located.

(2) Four-year graduation rates and rates of attrition (e.g., delayed graduation, withdrawals, dismissals) are calculated as a percentage of students admitted as a cohort four years earlier, excepting students pursuing dual degrees that require more than four years to complete.

(3) The Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum includes end-of-year Program-level Assessments composed of written and performance-based assessments of critical knowledge and skills. Third-year Program-level Assessments are formative and summative assessments of student readiness to progress to advanced pharmacy practice experiences (APPEs). Results shown above are for Class of 2026 graduates, who completed these assessments in April 2025. Students were required to pass at least 11 of 16 activities to be eligible to begin APPE rotations.

(4) Results collected in an annual survey of post-graduation outcomes for Ohio State PharmD graduates. Survey administered via Qualtrics, March 31-May 31, 2025. Of 114 graduating students, 113 returned completed surveys (99% response rate). All responses to survey questions were voluntary, resulting in varying numbers of responses for each survey item.

(5) Satisfaction with post-graduation outcomes was collected with Ohio State’s PharmD postgraduation survey (see note 4, above). Percentages reported are calculated from respondents with a placement offer in hand at time of response
