Scholarships

As you embark on your educational journey, we understand that financial support can make a significant difference. That’s why we’re pleased to offer a variety of scholarships to help you achieve your educational goals.

Doctor of Pharmacy students are encouraged to contact Student Financial Aid with questions regarding their scholarship and financial aid eligibility and packages.

Incoming P1 Recruitment Scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis throughout the admissions cycle while funds are available. Students do not need to apply separately for these opportunities; they will be assessed for scholarship eligibility based on their PharmCAS application. Incoming P1 Recruitment Scholarships typically range from $5,000-12,000 per year and are renewable, as long as the student remains in good academic standing. Students will be informed of any scholarships at the time of admission.

Students are also welcome to apply for additional scholarships through ScholarshipUniverse, Ohio State's scholarship-matching tool. ScholarshipUniverse connects students with broader university and external scholarships. ScholarshipUniverse opens December 1 and closes February 15 of each year. 

Every eligible student should file the FAFSA at studentaid.gov. The FAFSA is available on October 1 each year. Ohio State’s priority FAFSA submission deadline is February 1. Ohio State’s school code is 003090.

The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy is proud to offer over 100 scholarships to College of Pharmacy students. These scholarships have been established by College of Pharmacy alumni and friends. New scholarships are established each year at the college.
