Reminder for 2027 health insurance Premium Credit

As a reminder, employees will need to earn a total of 3,000 YP4H points to receive the Premium Credit. Spouses will need to earn a total of 1800 YP4H points to receive the Premium Credit. 

Rewards must be claimed in the Rewards Market, as they will not be claimed automatically. 

Steps to claim rewards: 

1. Log in at yp4h.osu.edu
2. Select “Spend My Points” 
3. Enter the Rewards Market
4. Choose your reward 
5. Complete checkout 

Once redeemed, points are deducted from your account, and processing for your selected reward begins. Rewards can be redeemed at any time, but must be redeemed by December 31, 2026. After that, points return to zero for the new year.
