A combination of in-person and online learning
Students in the program join a close-knit cohort of residents each year representing six residency programs:
- BayCare Health System
- Comprehensive Pharmacy Solutions
- Nationwide Children’s Hospital
- OhioHealth
- The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center
- University Hospitals
Through a blend of live and asynchronous coursework, students build connections with peers, including working professionals, while balancing academic requirements with practice-site responsibilities. The curriculum spans both the PGY1 and PGY2 years and is intentionally aligned with residency experiences and site-based rotations.
Application deadlines
- Combined PAL Residency Candidates: January 2 of each calendar year.
- Working Professionals: The deadline for autumn semester start is July 1. The deadline for spring semester start is November 1.
