On June 9, PharmD students Madeline Owen and Mohamad Fawaz visited Cardinal Health Inc. for their recognition as the 2026-2027 recipients of the Cardinal Health Community Pharmacy Scholarship. The scholarship was established in 2015, with the goal of supporting the next generation of community pharmacy leaders. Annual recipients are selected by a team of alumni.
During their visit, Owen and Fawaz discussed the state of pharmacy, community engagement and their future careers with Cardinal Health leadership.
