PharmD Class of 2030 kicked off the academic semester with P1 integration
On August 18, the PharmD Class of 2030 kicked off their pharmacy career with P1 Integration, three days filled with integral information, community-building, activities and more.
Each day of Integration was targeted to support a specific facet of a successful PharmD experience. Day one focused on building a strong foundation. This included PharmD curriculum basics, lunch with Peer Leader Scholars (PLS), final steps for financial aid and more. At the end of the day, the students gathered to play games.
The second day of integration focused on understanding your path. Students had lunch with faculty advisors, learned College of Pharmacy policies and received a BuckIPE overview.
The last day was about supporting the PharmD journey. Students learned how to implement study skills, listened to a success panel, attended a student organization fair and learned about wellness.
