Pharmacy Buckeyes immersed in genomics at the 2026 IntellxxDNA Annual Conference

August 7, 2026

On July 24, clinicians, educators and students from around the world gathered in Austin, Texas, for the 2026 IntellxxDNA Annual Conference, an event dedicated to advancing the understanding and application of genomics.

Each year, the conference is hosted by Ohio State University College of Pharmacy alumna Laura Lile, MD, RPh, BS '87.

Among this year's attendees were four Ohio State PharmD students who participated in networking opportunities and expanded their knowledge of genomics and precision medicine: Hanna Marysiak, PharmD Class of 2027; Audrey Odier, PharmD Class of 2028; Seema Hamed, PharmD Class of 2028; and Ranean Sulebi, PharmD Class of 2028.

As the conference came to a close, Dr. Lile reflected on her time with the four Pharmacy Buckeyes.

"They were incredibly professional, engaged and represented the College of Pharmacy exceptionally well," she said. "They asked thoughtful questions, interacted with faculty and attendees and took full advantage of being immersed in a cutting-edge educational environment."
