New Position: Undergraduate Student Success Specialist

The undergraduate student success specialist will support the academic success, retention, and progression of undergraduate students in the College of Pharmacy by using student success data to identify students who may be at risk and providing proactive outreach and individualized academic support. 

The position will monitor academic progress, manage progression reports, and collaborate with the advising team to improve on-time graduation. The role will also lead undergraduate mentorship and leadership development programs, including mentor selection and training, events, and leadership workshops, as well as hire, train, and supervise student front-desk staff. The position will be supervised by the senior student success specialist, creating a structure that promotes collaboration and consistency across student success efforts.
