Graduate Fellow Mehdi Gharghabi, PharmD, has been selected by the American Society of Hematology (ASH) to participate in the 2025 ASH Graduate Hematology Award, part of ASH’s investment hematology research and the next generation of hematology physicians and scientists.
Through this award, Dr. Gharghabi will receive funding to conduct hematology research over a two-year period.
Dr. Gharghabi's research will explore XPO1-driven oncogenic inflammation in aggressive B-cell leukemia under the mentorship of Dr. Rosa Lapalombella.
