Global experts convene in Los Angeles for college-sponsored RNA, Exosomes and Nanomedicine Conference
From December 15–17, researchers from around the world gathered in Los Angeles, California, for the Conference of RNA, Exosomes and Nanomedicine.
Sponsored by the College of Pharmacy, the Center of RNA Nanotechnology and Nanomedicine and the Center for RNA Biology, the conference featured 68 distinguished speakers presenting cutting-edge interdisciplinary research. College of Pharmacy faculty members Drs. Rajgopal Govindarajan, Ema Cocucci, Dan Shu and Daniel Binzel were among the invited speakers, along with eight additional Ohio State faculty participants.
College of Pharmacy graduate students also earned top honors. Maggie Bohmer and Kai Jin received Outstanding Speaker Awards, Nehleen Reza and Telsa Yudhistira were recognized with Outstanding Poster Awards and Dr. Daniel Binzel was honored with an Outstanding Leadership Award.
