Final celebration for the BSPS Class of 2026 and PharmD matriculants
On May 9, Bachelor of Science of Pharmaceutical Sciences (BSPS) students graduating or matriculating to the PharmD program this fall were invited to attend the 2026 BSPS Milestone Celebration. Held in the Dr. Robert J. and Barbara B. Weber Pharmacy Classroom located on the second floor of the Vrable Center for Pharmacy Excellence, students and their guests enjoyed breakfast, coffee, giveaways and photo opportunities.
Faculty, staff, family and friends celebrated alongside the students as they closed this chapter of their academic career. This open-house style celebration allowed individuals to converse with one another and enjoy good company.
Small activities were set up around the room to engage students. The activities included a prize wheel, where students could spin the wheel and receive fun prizes such as a bag, mug, notebook and more. Additionally, students had the option of writing a thank-you note to their favorite instructor and sharing a piece of advice for incoming BSPS students.
As the celebration came to a close, students were invited to stay connected with the College of Pharmacy through the Pharmacy Alumni Society. This staff-run station allowed graduating students to update their email and receive resources as they transition to alumni.
