Excellence Award winners from the Department of Pharmacy at the OSUWMC

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) recently honored three Excellence Award winners from the Department of Pharmacy. These members exemplify high standards, teamwork, knowledge and skills that contribute to the ambition, mission and vision of OSUWMC.

Preceptor Excellence Award

Tracy Wiczer, PharmD, BCOP; Clinical Pharmacy Lead - Hematology/Oncology

This award is given to a professional who fosters an environment for developing a diverse and talented team of people committed to creating a culture of innovation and discovery. This member consistently exhibits excellence in their preceptor and educator roles, helping OSUWMC talent to realize their full potential.

Excellence in Leadership Award

This award acknowledges overall excellence and achievement in leadership at the medical center. Awardees are individuals who demonstrate strong leadership, practice an interprofessional, team-based approach, suggest or develop breakthrough solutions that contribute to high-quality outcomes and demonstrate innovation and initiative.
