On Thursday, May 28, Margarita Salazar-Bookaman, PhD '76, received the Francisco de Venanzi Award. This award has been given in recognition of her life dedicated to pharmacological research both at The Ohio State University and the Central University of Venezuela.
Dr. Salazar's research career is associated with the continued education of young pharmacology researchers for the benefit of the university and the country.
