Dr. Holly Fahey '12 receives Walmart's Pharmacy Manager of the Year recognition

Holly Fahey, PharmD '12, was recently named Pharmacy Manager of the Year at Walmart Store #3447 in Whitehall, Ohio.

The annual award recognizes managers who demonstrate exceptional leadership, operational excellence, patient care and team performance. Recipients are selected for their ability to inspire their teams, elevate pharmacy services and make a meaningful impact on the patients they serve.

"Dr. Fahey consistently demonstrates Walmart’s values through her leadership, dedication to patients and support of her associates," said Karla Bartish, RPh, director of Market Health & Wellness. "She is a respected colleague, mentor and advocate for quality healthcare, and her contributions continue to positively influence both her team and the communities they serve."

Her leadership has fostered a culture of excellence. In addition to her award, her pharmacy earned Walmart's FY26 Pharmacy of the Year Award, and one of her technicians was recognized as Pharmacy Technician of the Year.

"Dr. Holly Fahey has made a meaningful impact on the Whitehall, Ohio Walmart Pharmacy through her commitment to customer service, clinical excellence and community health," Bartish said. "Her dedication to developing her team, serving as a preceptor for The Ohio State University and fostering a culture of continuous learning has helped strengthen the pharmacy’s ability to serve patients and the community."
