Dean Deanna Kroetz named president-elect of ASCPT Board of Directors

Deanna Kroetz, PhD, BS Pharm '85, dean and professor at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy, has been named the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (ASCPT) president-elect. Dean Kroetz has served the society in several leadership roles, including chair of the Scientific Program Committee, chair of the Membership Committee, a member of the Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics Editor-in-Chief Search Committee, chair of the Awards Selection Committee and as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Clinical and Translational Science. 

With extensive research, education and leadership experience from 30 years on faculty at the University of California San Francisco and in her current role at Ohio State, Dean Kroetz looks forward to giving even more back to ASCPT, which has been her professional home for more than three decades. She will begin her term after the conclusion of the 2026 Annual Meeting.
