College faculty and staff give AI presentation at Academy of Teaching 2025 conference

Molly Downing, PhD, assistant professor of practice; Jen Plahovinsak, MS, director of the MS Translational Pharmacology Program; and Steven Nagel, MS, director of learning design and multimedia, presented the College of Pharmacy's interactive eLearning module on responsible and ethical AI use at the 2025 Academy of Teaching conference on May 5. 

Their presentation covered the design, implementation and evaluation outcomes of its use across undergraduate and graduate curricula at the college. The team also presented this work at the Ohio Canvas Users Conference in September 2024 and the OLC Innovate Conference in April 2025. They plan to write up their research outcomes for publication this summer.
