College celebrates new second-floor seating area made possible by Dr. Rosalie Sagraves '69

The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy held a ribbon-cutting ceremony April 24 to celebrate a new seating area on the second floor of the Vrable Center for Pharmacy Excellence. The common space, named the Sagraves Buckeye Huddle, was made possible through the generosity of alumna and donor Rosalie Sagraves, PharmD, BS ’69.

Dr. Sagraves was joined at the event by fellow alumni, as well as family and friends.

A distinguished alumna of Ohio State, Dr. Sagraves has supported the College of Pharmacy for more than 25 years. In addition to funding the renovation, she established the Rosalie Sagraves, BS ’69, Professionalization Fund, an annual gift that helps pharmacy students attend professional conferences.

The Sagraves Buckeye Huddle provides students with a comfortable space to study, collaborate and connect while enjoying views of Ohio Stadium and, at times, glimpses of The Best Damn Band in the Land during practice.
