Alumnus Jason M. George, PharmD '04, of Kettering, Ohio, has been appointed president of the Ohio Board of Pharmacy. Dr. George will serve in this position for the state fiscal year 2026.

PharmD students Madeline Owen and Mohamad Fawaz met with Cardinal Health leadership and discussed the future of pharmacy.

On Thursday, May 28, Margarita Salazar-Bookaman, PhD '76, received the Francisco de Venanzi Award.

Dr. Sabatino serves as a specialty practice pharmacist with the Ohio State University Physicians Inc, practicing within both the Ohio State Division of General Internal Medicine clinics and the Ohio State Virtual Care Center, and holds an assistant professor of practice appointment within the Department of Internal Medicine.
