BSPS Curriculum

Our students are given the breadth and depth of knowledge they will need to enter a variety of biomedical careers.

Both BSPS pathways incorporate innovative coursework with an increased focus on integrated science learning, hands-on laboratory experiences and career development.

BSPS Required Courses

Total minimum credit hours: 121

Students complete the BSPS degree requirements through one of two paths:

  1. Healthcare Professions Pathway: 
    Designed for those students intending to pursue clinical careers in pharmacy, medicine, veterinary medicine, dentistry, and others.
  2. Drug Discovery and Development Pathway: 
    Designed for those students intending to pursue graduate school and/or research-based careers in the pharmaceutical sciences.
