The Women’s Place 2025-2026 Staff Leadership Series (SLS) cohort

The Women’s Place is accepting applications for the 2025-2026 Staff Leadership Series (SLS) cohort. SLS participants benefit from workshops, activities, conversations with senior leaders, and an Ohio State network of peers to encourage leadership and career mobility. This year-long program creates a pool of potential staff leaders from groups that have been traditionally underrepresented in key leadership roles. 

Staff of any gender who have worked at Ohio State for two years or more are eligible. 

Apply for the 2025-2026 Staff Leadership Series by April 15.
