Connect Program for leaders

Operational, front-line team leaders are encouraged to join a new development series to improve your leadership skills, advance relationships with the people you lead, build your communication ability and improve team engagement. 

This new program is ideal for operational leaders who typically engage daily with team members. With a blend of in-person and Zoom workshops between July 2024 and May 2025, as well as on-demand resources, the program centers on employee well-being, developing individuals and high-performing teams, and increasing engagement.
