Instructional Design Drop-In Hour: Creating Evergreen Video Content

The COP Learning Design and Multimedia (LDM) team invites you to our April 2025 Instructional Design (ID) Drop-in Hour! This session will focus on best practices to make your lecture content evergreen and take place on Wednesday, April 2nd from 11:30 – 12:30 PM EST through CarmenZoom.

During this session, you will learn how to preserve your recorded lecture videos for future course offerings while optimizing creativity, evidenced-based strategies in multimedia design and development, and how to leverage EchoVideo to split in/out smaller clips in your videos when updates are needed. We will also showcase some of the available multimedia production services of the LDM team including the use of our shared studio space in Prior Hall.

After the presentation, we will have an open Q&A to answer any questions you have about video creation and instructional design, in general.
