Scholarship opportunities for Health Athlete Workshops

Buckeye Wellness is excited to offer three scholarships for both university and medical center employees to each of the following Health Athlete Workshops:

• January 30 – 1 Day Workshop 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 285 Hamilton Hall
• February 4 – March 18 - 7 Week Virtual Series, meets every Weds 12–1 p.m.

Health Athlete is a transformative experience that empowers individuals to manage their energy—not just their time—by aligning personal values, goals, and purpose across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. Through the power of personal storytelling, participants uncover the narratives that shape their behaviors and learn to rewrite them for lasting change. 

To be eligible, you must:

• Be available on the date you choose when registering
• Not a current Buckeye Wellness Innovator (please reach out to healthathlete@osu.edu for more information on how to register as a BWI).
• Never attended a previous Health Athlete workshop.
