Grade 6-12 Educators Survey & Focus Group

The Ohio State College of Pharmacy is developing middle and high school-based learning experiences focused on increasing student awareness of pharmacy careers.

This survey is for teachers and guidance counselors who work with students in grades 6-12 and wish to provide feedback that will be used to design a pharmacy career awareness program that fulfills academic achievement goals. Teachers and guidance counselors (grades 6-12) currently employed in an Ohio school who complete this survey and participate in one 90-minute virtual focus group session are eligible to receive a $150 gift card.

Focus group dates will be determined based on feedback from those interested in participating. Focus group spots are limited to 40 and will be filled based on participant availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
