Dan Michel receives $10,000 Undergraduate Research Access Innovation Seed Grant

Dan Michel, PhD, and Bella Blankenship, PharmD, from the Division of Pharmacy Practice and Science received a $10,000 grant from the Office of Undergraduate Education to establish a pharmacy undergraduate research program at the Center of Science and Industry (COSI).
The funding will allow the College of Pharmacy's Lab at COSI to hire undergraduate students for a 10-week summer research program. Students will develop science communication skills as they study the public's perception of the health care system and engage guests with pharmacy-related outreach.
