2025 APhA-ASP merch sale

Cozy up this fall with merchandise from The North Face, featuring "The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy" embroidered on the left chest. Orders must be placed and paid in full by October 29, 2025. Payment can be made via Venmo, Google Pay, check, or cash. If you are ordering multiple garments, please complete a separate form for each item.

Due to extended processing times, all items are expected to arrive in late November. Once they arrive, a scheduled pickup time will be announced. For alumni or anyone unable to pick up their order in person during the scheduled times, shipping is available for an additional $12 charge.
