APhA-ASP COP Annual Silent Auction and Raffle 2024

Most of us know children who do not always tell us about their struggles. On Our Sleeves is making great strides so that we can best support the children in our lives. 

This organization strives to provide mental health resources for children. The mission of the organization is to “give free expert-created resources to all… so everyone can understand and promote mental health for children.” Some examples of the resources are here. 

The goal is to raise $2,000 through the silent auction/raffle and fundraising by April 11. All of the proceeds from this event will go toward On Our Sleeves. 

Ticket Sales for Raffle: $5 for 7 tickets or $10 for 15 tickets

Silent Auction Final Bidding Event + Raffle Draw: April 11th, 2024 during APhA-ASP General Body Meeting (11:30 am - 12:30 pm in Parks 103)

• If you are unable to attend and would still like to support our auction, you could donate through our chapter of APhA-ASP:

• If you would like to donate by putting together a small raffle basket or finding something to donate for the silent auction (this could be anything from hosting a small event for a group of students, or donating two tickets for your favorite activity):

  • The auction is made possible each year by generous staff donations for our students and faculty to bid on 
  • They are looking for approximately 5 more silent auction items and 3 more raffle baskets
  • If you would like to donate in this way, please email Olivia Wallace, the P1 liaison for APhA-ASP, at wallace.1124@buckeyemail.osu.edu, by the last week of March to get your donation set up

  • If you have a physical donation item that needs to be dropped off or picked up (baskets, etc…), Olivia will reach out personally to set up a pick-up or drop-off time for the last week in March.
  • Look out for emails from me in the coming weeks.
  • If you don’t have a physical donation, Olivia has made flyers to advertise your donation and will be sending those out in the next few weeks so you are able to see them!
