Biography
Zach Woods, PharmD, BCACP is an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Division of Pharmacy Education and Innovation at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree and completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Ohio Northern University. He is a Board-Certified Ambulatory Care Specialist. His teaching includes undergraduate and PharmD coursework focused on professionalism, patient advocacy, and chronic disease management. He serves as co-chair for the PharmD Admissions Committee and has a passion for helping students find their own professional pathway. To that end, he is an active member of American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, having worked with the Student Affairs committee on recruitment initiatives. His research interests include the scholarship of teaching and learning, trauma-informed pedagogy, educational media, and gamification of learning.
