Professional Interests

Dr. Julie Legg’s interests include experiential education and interprofessional practice education. As Assistant Dean of Experiential Education, she leads the experiential education program and team, builds strategic partnerships and preceptor engagement initiatives, and works with pharmacists across practice settings to create innovative APPE rotations for student pharmacists. She is also passionate about interprofessional collaboration and was part of the 2023 National Academies of Practice Interprofessional Group of the Year, recognized for a simulation that brought together students from 10 health professions to care for simulated patients.
