Professional Interests
Dr. Revelos is the IPPE P2 Program Administrator at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. Before transitioning to experiential education, she cared for patients as a hospital pharmacist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Richard M. Ross Heart Hospital. Her passions include mentoring students, medication safety during care transitions, and medication reconciliation. She oversees the college’s hospital introductory pharmacy practice experiences and is dedicated to educating the next generation about the pharmacists’ role in inpatient and transitions of care.
