Learning Design and Multimedia team (LDM) updates

The Learning Design and Multimedia team (LDM) has migrated to using the same ticketing service as our Pharmacy Technology Services team. Here is a quick summary of what has changed.

There are some direct routes to specific service request forms, more of which will be added in the future. Using these forms and providing the details within them is the best way for LDM to fulfill your request.

You can still reach out to one of their two main support addresses (cop-design@osu.edu or cop-digitalaccessibility@osu.edu). These emails will automatically be converted to ticket requests. 

The team has also been integrated into the existing go.osu.edu/pharmacyit web portal with the Pharmacy Technology Services team, where you will find the following:

1. Along the left side of the page, you will see three prominent red buttons:
   1. Request Help – This will take you to the service catalog for Technology Services and their two new services of Learning Design and Multimedia and Digital Accessibility.
   2. My Tickets – View all your tickets (ones that are open as well as previous tickets that have been closed).
   3. Find Answers – Knowledge Base articles for Technology Services, Learning Design and Multimedia and Digital Accessibility. The team will continue to add documentation for common requests or problems you may encounter.
2. In the middle of the page, LDM will post relevant and timely IT announcements. They will generally also post these announcements in eNews and share them in other ways, but this will be another way to stay up-to-date.

As with IT-related tickets, you will still receive an email when your request has been received, but the messages will be sent from notify@teamdynamixapp.com. You should not need to adjust any email filters to ensure these messages appear in your inbox, but note that this is a trusted email address. Email notifications will look slightly different but will still retain a general scarlet and gray color scheme.
