APhA's Delivering Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Services Certificate Program explores the pharmacist’s role in providing MTM services to patients. This practice-based activity teaches pharmacists the essential skills necessary to become a successful MTM practitioner, enhancing pharmacists’ clinical expertise in evaluating complicated medication regimens, identifying medication-related problems and making recommendations to patients, caregivers and health care professionals.

Cancellations prior January 22, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. However, participants who redeem an enrollment code will be charged a fee of $175 regardless whether or not they complete any portion of the self-study.
