Giving back is part of the Buckeye way of life and the College of Pharmacy embodies that philosophy by pioneering and participating in partnerships outside the college. From community outreach and public education to residency and pedagogy education programs, working hand-in-hand with other professionals and organizations is at the core of our mission to advance the pharmacy profession and patient-centered care.

Faculty, students and staff dedicate thousands of hours each year to working collaboratively with both on-campus and off-campus communities. Through our partnerships, teaching programs and more, the College of Pharmacy improves the lives of people at home and across the globe. Highlights include:

• Generation Rx educates people of all ages about the potential dangers of misusing prescription medications.
• International and local partnerships allow College of Pharmacy students to study abroad and bring students from diverse backgrounds to the College for enriching experiences. 
• Teaching programs, professional development and residencies enhance the professional and pedagogical skills of post-graduate trainees through experiential, continuing education.  
• On-campus partnerships assist students and faculty by enabling innovative research and facilitating cross-disciplinary learning and collaboration. 
• Community and volunteer partnerships help local communities through health booths at events, screenings, student volunteerism and much more.
